Albert Thompson is founder and CEO of DrivenIQ, an omni-data ad tech company that specializes in zero party and 1st party data to help businesses best advertise to their ideal customers. Albert has spent more than 20 years of his professional career serving in various technology, sales and digital marketing leadership roles, with a particular focus on the automotive industry.
Prior to founding DrivenIQ, Albert was the Infiniti OEM Digital Marketing Consultant for Shift Digital, where he served as an expert online advertising and vehicle sales consultant for Infiniti dealers in the Southeast region.
Earlier, he served as Automotive Digital Operations Manager for Sinclair Broadcast Group and Drive Auto, a digital automotive advertising technology company. In this role, he was responsible for executing and implementing national digital ad solutions for dealerships throughout the U.S.
In 2017, Albert founded OneCar Group, an independent automotive dealership. As Dealer Principal, he oversaw the company’s retail, wholesale and fixed operations, successfully moving more than 500,000 vehicles in inventory on a bi-monthly basis and managing more than 250,000 vehicles in inventory on a rolling monthly average.
Pat Fire is an executive leadership veteran, having spent more than 30 years in sales, operations and digital marketing management roles at well-known organizations, including Sinclair Broadcast Group. Prior to joining DrivenIQ, he was an independent business consultant, leveraging his longstanding expertise to help businesses optimize their operations.
After graduating from college, Pat launched his career in the automotive industry. At just 27-years-old, he became General Manager of a large automotive group and remained in the General Manager/Chief Operating Officer role for dealer groups spanning the next 27 years of his career.
Pat made his foray into digital marketing in 2018, and since that time, has learned the critical importance data plays in improving the customer experience, expanding brands and driving business for companies across all industries. He joined DrivenIQ in 2021 as one of the company’s original employees.
A resident of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Pat is the proud father of two grown daughters and doting grandfather to his grandson.
He is a graduate of Thiel College with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management.
Gini Resnick has spent more than 22 years as a marketer, advertiser, researcher and consultant in the broadcast, digital and direct-to-consumer marketplaces. Most recently, she worked in various leadership roles at Sinclair Broadcast Group and as an industry consultant for BIA Advisory Services before joining DrivenIQ in 2021.
Gini is a passionate marketing strategist and researcher who puts her deep expertise in digital marketing and data analytics to work for DrivenIQ’s clients, to efficiently and effectively grow their brands and businesses.
She is the proud mother of four and grandmother of two, and has been happily married for nearly 24 years. She lives in South Carolina with two full blooded Maine Coon cats (one of which was rescued from the war in the Ukraine) and three crazy dogs.
Gini graduated from the University of Georgia with a BA in English.
Rick French’s advertising career spans more than two decades, with a particular focus on digital marketing and audience data and technologies. He has worked in various B2B and B2C verticals, including automotive, retail, healthcare and various franchise operations.
In addition to helping businesses and brands grow through effective marketing initiatives throughout his 20+-year career, Rick has also garnered a number of marketing and advertising awards and is a proud member of the illustrious President’s Club.
Rick has served in sales and marketing leadership roles beginning in the early 2000s at companies such as Clear Channel Radio, AutoTrader, Who’s Calling, FRF Media, Edmunds, Digital Air Strike, Outsell, Conversica and Netsertive.
Today, he guides DrivenIQ’s clients as an interactive media expert, with an unparalleled drive and tenacity to help businesses penetrate new markets, capture market share and accelerate their growth.
Rick is the proud husband and father of two children, ages 10 and 15. He’s also a straight up rock star outside the office (as well as inside) as a professional drummer for an 11-piece party band. When he’s not leveraging data to help DrivenIQ’s clients achieve better ROI, you can find him navigating the hiking trails or bellied up to the LEGO table.
Erin Williams brings decades of experience in providing the highest level of service to her clients and the highest levels of retention to her role as Director of Client Experience at DrivenIQ.
Erin began her service career in 2000 as Territory Manager for Hawaiian Tropic and served in that same role seven years later when she joined Energizer Holdings. In 2013, she began working for Haystak Digital Marketing. She quickly advanced through the ranks of the agency to become Senior Performance Manager for OEM partnerships and Enterprise Accounts, overseeing the hiring, training, managing, performance and overall success of the agency.
In recent years, she has served as both Media Sales Director and Business Development Engineer/Manager for Dealer.com and Cox Automotive before joining DealerOn in roles as SME Advertising Specialist and Territory Sales Director. Prior to joining the DrivenIQ Team, she was a Senior Strategy Manager for PureCars.
Today, Erin puts her Client Experience skills to work for DrivenIQ clients, managing a team of top-notch professionals. Erin’s current roots are situated in sunny southwest Florida, where she lives with her children. Her main hobbies include scuba diving, fishing, traveling, dabbling in DIY projects and supporting her son’s passion for hockey.
She attended Southwest Florida College and the University of Phoenix where she majored in Business Management/Development & Marketing.
Jennifer Lange is a 27-year PR, marketing and advertising professional who loves sharing client stories with the world. She grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she attended college for Communications Media before becoming a TV spokesperson for car dealerships across the U.S.
In 1995, she moved to California to join a Hollywood ad agency with bragging rights for producing the first-ever Internet company Super Bowl commercial. Since that time, she has worked both on staff and as a consultant for dozens of businesses spanning a wide range of industries – from data to technology to automotive. She has also lent her expertise to nonprofits, helping organizations increase brand awareness, grow their donor base, and expand the services they offer to help those in need.
Throughout her career, she’s written hundreds of press releases, white papers, case studies, blog articles, video scripts, web content, ad campaigns and interview pitches to journalists throughout the U.S. and Canada. She’s developed and launched PR, marketing and event planning campaigns for numerous companies, and her clients have been featured in major news outlets, including USA Today, WSJ, NYT, CNN, NBC, and FOX.
She is the proud mother of two sons and a daughter. She moved back to her Pennsylvania home town where she currently resides and enjoys snowmobiling, four-wheeling and writing music.
Jennifer graduated from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications Media and a minor in Political Science.
Jeff Leisegang’s long and storied technology career extends beyond 40 years. Today, he is the VP of Data Intelligence at DrivenIQ, where he develops, launches, and manages audience data technologies and oversees the company’s database of 14 billion customer records spanning 230 million U.S. households, with 97 million daily updates.
Jeff has been a technology professional since 1981, when he joined Gaiser Corporation as a Senior Programmer and Analyst. Over the past four decades, he has worked for well-known organizations in various roles, including Programmer, Technical Lead, Team Lead, IT Director, VP of Strategic Products, and Co-founder and CIO of his own audience data technology company.
The companies to which Jeff has lent his technology design, programming, and architecture expertise include ASF International, RAM Enterprises, Client Systems, Collaboratek, Municipal Services Group, Route to 1, DM Luxury, and Visitor Data.
Jeff brings to DrivenIQ an unparalleled understanding of infrastructure architecture, security, and implementation, architectural strategy, and technical customer support, with a keen focus on helping businesses achieve maximum marketing ROI through the development of advanced audience technologies.
Jeff lives in Colorado with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys skiing, playing the bass guitar, and creating new IoT devices for home automation.
Trevor Grace is an entrepreneur at heart, having built, launched, owned and managed businesses throughout his distinguished career. Over two decades ago, Trevor pioneered the cabinet industry’s first online catalog and successfully managed the business for nearly 10 years, growing monthly revenue to $1M in the first three years alone.
Soon after, he joined ProLogic IT where he served as National Sales Director, developing sales and marketing plans for the organization and building an entirely new national sales team.
In 2009, Trevor launched Clear View Consulting where he developed and managed revenue solutions for mid- to large-sized companies. At Clear View Consulting, he led a team of designers, developers and outbound sales teams to utilize cloud-based technology for topline revenue growth.
Trevor then joined Global Product Group, a top-tier product manufacturing company, in the role of Chief Strategy Officer. In this position, he was responsible for business development, product development and strategic partnership integrations.
Six years ago, Trevor co-founded the digital marketing company, Titan Publishing, specializing in creating maximum ROI campaigns for companies in mature markets. Trevor and the Titan Publishing team consulted with established brand marketers on cost per acquisition, reporting models, attribution, product viability, cost models, digital innovation strategies, tech integrations, SEO, data analysis, marketing funnel process improvement and AI.
Trevor lives in Puerto Rico and enjoys fishing, spear fishing and scuba diving.
Marc Caputo has worked in sales leadership and account management roles throughout his professional career spanning more than 20 years. He got his start at AutoNation in 1999 as a Senior Account Manager, where he was responsible for managing 30 Florida retail AutoNation USA dealership accounts and served as the liaison between the company’s marketing department and advertising agency.
Shortly after, Marc joined 22squared and spent the next 16 years as Field Director and then Senior Field Director, establishing and managing the agency’s field team and overseeing 175 Southeast Toyota dealers, 14 district sales managers and eight field managers. While there, Marc gained valuable experience in media budget management, sales trends, online and offline promotions, integrated sales events, CRM analysis, interactive and data-based marketing and a wide range of digital marketing initiatives.
In 2019, he joined The Moran Group, an advertising agency headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in the role of National Sales and Marketing Director. Prior to joining DrivenIQ in 2022, he was an advertising and marketing consultant for TD Marketing, where he guided marketing agencies in the implementation of data and ad technologies as well as the use of SEM, social media marketing, in-market display, retargeting, geo- fencing, programmatic, native, Google AdX and Trade Desk.
Today, he serves as Director of Business Development, Strategic Partnerships for DrivenIQ, bringing his passion and expertise in digital marketing to help drive sales and revenue for the company’s clients with advanced audience data and ad technologies.Marc graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Marketing. He currently resides in Fort Lauderdale.
Justin Marquardt has spent nearly his entire professional career in automotive sales and technology roles, first as a software trainer for Autobase and then as a Business Analyst and Senior Account Manager for the company. In 2012, he co-founded OnMARQ Marketing to provide expert consultation to businesses seeking to improve their digital marketing and social media strategies. He then joined Ricoh, USA, an information management and digital services company, as Major Account Executive.
In 2016, Justin served as Market Sales Manager for TradeRev and two years later, he was promoted to the position of District Sales Manager, where he was responsible for sales initiatives in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area and surrounding markets.Justin’s latest roles included Market Sales Director and Regional Director of Business Performance for KAR Global, and Market Sales Director for BacklotCars.
Today, Justin is the National VP of Sales for DriveBid, a DrivenIQ company. DriveBid is the world’s first live trade-in marketplace that empowers dealers to bid for and buy trade-ins straight from consumers, and to help consumers get the best offers for their used cars.
Justin graduated from Taylor University with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management & Communications. He lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
