Albert Thompson brings more than 20 years of experience in technology, sales, and digital marketing leadership to his role as Founder and CEO of DrivenIQ.
Prior to founding DrivenIQ, he was the Tier 1 OEM National Consultant for INFINITI Motor Company at Shift Digital. Here, he oversaw all OEM digital media execution at Tier II, as well as rollout across the Southeast U.S. While working directly with INFINITI, he was responsible for Executive Manager and Franchise Owner Consulting at the business level. He also worked directly with the OEM to ensure media and digital operational implementation on the company’s U.S. go-to-market strategy.
In this role, he drove OEM revenues by ensuring franchise operational efficiencies were in place. What’s more, he helped transition and manage INFINITI through its shift to full scale digital retailing as a national initiative. In addition to these responsibilities, Albert oversaw direct OEM initiatives, including Co-Op Programs at the group, agency, and store level to maintain 100% compliance and manufacturer standards.
Before his time at Shift Digital, Albert built and scaled Drive Auto, a division of Sinclair Broadcast Group, where he was the Head of National Operations. At Drive Auto, he developed and spearheaded the division’s entire end-to-end ADTech stack and built its go to market solution, as well as managed its entire product business line, growing annual recurring revenue from below $200k to more than $30m.
Albert is the former founder of OneCar Group, where he oversaw the company’s retail, wholesale, and fixed operations, as well as an expert advertising consultant for ReachLocal, focusing on go-to-market strategy and implementation of mid-market digital marketing solutions for their SMB business unit. While at ReachLocal, he oversaw revenue solutions consisting of search, social, and display advertising, fostering relationships with advertising associations and nonprofit organizations.
Throughout his long standing career, he has held various advertising and sales leadership roles at well known organizations, including CARFAX®, Autotrader, TradeRev, ValleyVehicles.com, and Leads2Lots, successfully driving growth by building deep customer relationships and imparting his expert knowledge of digital marketing to guide his clients to success.
Today, Albert leads DrivenIQ on its way to becoming the global leader in first-party, privacy compliant consumer data through Identity Resolution, Audiences, Data Enrichment, Models, and Analytics.
Albert resides in Florida with his family.
Samantha Lee brings long standing expertise as an end-to-end operator driving businesses from planning and go-to-market, to implementation and customer success in her role as Chief Operating Officer of DrivenIQ.
She has had experiences across a number of company stages including seed-funded startup to growth businesses, to large public companies such as Microsoft and Akamai, as well as launching and running her own sustainable seafood business. With a proven track record of driving revenue growth, strategic direction, and delivering operational excellence, Samantha has successfully contributed to the optimization and expansion of various high-profile organizations throughout her career.
Most recently, Samantha was the General Manager of PromoteIQ, Microsoft's retail media platform business. Here, she was the operations and strategy leader for an $800 million ARR business, managing all technical and operational functions and was the driving force behind the company’s operating strategy, long-range planning, and OKRs.
Prior to that, she served in leadership roles at MediaMath, first as VP of Partnerships and Operations, and then as Head of the CTV business. Samantha played a key role in the launch of the SOURCE platform at MediaMath and unified the business behind growing the CTV business meaningfully in 2021.
Samantha also previously held various leadership roles at Tremor Video, Akamai ADS, and Rune Inc.
Samantha is a graduate of the NYU Stern School of Business and a member of the NYU Alumni Association. She currently resides with her family in Brooklyn, New York.
TJ Ceballos is the Chief Commercial Officer at DrivenIQ, leading the company's sales initiatives and business growth strategy. With 22 years of experience in media, advertising, publishing, and data, he brings expertise in analytics, business development, sales and operations, and emerging technologies to drive business expansion.
TJ began his career at New York Daily News, where he held roles as Advertising Systems Architect and Director of Publishing, overseeing technological aspects and implementing advertising systems for revenue optimization and operational efficiencies.
He later joined Affinity as VP of Solution Management, achieving significant revenue growth through product development. At Operative, he served as Vice President of Solutions and Vice President of Professional Services, driving programmatic service growth and implementing standardized client engagement.
During his tenure at The Trade Desk, TJ worked as GM of Enterprise Business Development, collaborating with clients to optimize data-driven digital advertising campaigns. At MediaMath, he held various leadership roles, including SVP of Strategy & Operations and GM of North America, SVP of Professional Services, ensuring client success with the company's technology and services.
Before joining DrivenIQ, TJ served as Chief Monetization Officer and CEO of Kaya Now, a media and technology holding company focused on the cannabis industry, where he guided its growth as a leading verticalized marketplace for digital advertisers.
Today, TJ is dedicated to driving DrivenIQ's business growth and scalability, forging strategic partnerships to establish the company as the world's leading first-party, privacy compliant consumer data and audience technology provider.
James Dunay is an accomplished Chief Technology Officer currently serving at DrivenIQ, where he drives technological innovation and strategy. With a strong track record of success, James leads and guides the company's technological advancements.
Prior to his current position, James served as the Chief Technology Officer at Kaya Now, focusing on building a creative community that connected cannabis enthusiasts to the science, craft, and culture of cannabis. His leadership contributed to the company's growth and success.
Previously, as the Interim Chief Technology Officer at The H Hub, James built and managed teams responsible for developing creator-focused tools and establishing a strong technological infrastructure.
James has also worked as a Contract Product Engineer at KiraKira 3D, where he developed the company's initial mobile product featured on Apple's Planet of the Apps TV show. Prior, he significantly improved the UI/UX and performance of GradGuru's mobile app as a Contract Product Engineer.
During his tenure at Stitch Fix, James collaborated with a product team to provide engineering options for user authentication and implemented various features. He played a crucial role in developing a highly successful mobile app with exceptional user ratings while working as an iOS Engineer at We Heart It.
As a UX Consultant at Vivino and a Lead iOS Consultant at Red Tricycle, James provided valuable insights and created visually appealing marketplace apps. He began his career as a self-taught Designer/Developer, focusing on Objective-C and iOS development.
With his diverse expertise and a proven history of exceptional results, James Dunay continues to be a valuable technology leader in the industry.
